By using Swift Resume, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you don’t agree, you must not use our service.

2) What we do

Swift Resume provides an online resume-building platform that allows users to create, edit, and export professional CVs and cover letters. Some features include AI-assisted content generation and design templates.

3) Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Swift Resume. By creating an account, you confirm that you are eligible to enter into a binding contract and that the information you provide is accurate.

4) Your account

  • You’re responsible for keeping your login details secure.
  • You must not share your account or allow others to use it.
  • You may delete your account at any time in your profile settings.

5) Subscriptions & billing

  • New users may start with a 7-day paid trial, which automatically renews into a monthly paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
  • We’ll clearly display the subscription price before you complete your payment.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your account or through the platform (e.g., Stripe portal).
  • Prices may change with notice.

6) Refund policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of your first payment.

Refunds are not available after this period except where required by law.

7) Fair use

You agree not to:

  • Copy, resell, or redistribute our templates or designs;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service;
  • Attempt to access other users’ data;
  • Use Swift Resume for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

8) AI-generated content

Our AI tools can generate or improve resume text based on your input.

We take care to use trusted providers, but AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or inappropriate suggestions. You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing all content before use.

We are not liable for any outcome (e.g., job applications, hiring decisions) based on AI-generated content.

9) Intellectual property

All content, templates, branding, and code on Swift Resume are owned by Swift Resume Ltd or our licensors.

You retain ownership of your personal content (e.g., resume text).

You grant us a limited licence to process that content as needed to operate the service.

10) Service availability

We aim for continuous uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance or improvement.

We’re not liable for loss resulting from downtime or data issues beyond our reasonable control

11) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Swift Resume is provided “as is”.
  • We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

12)  Data protection & privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data, including cookies and third-party processors.

By using Swift Resume, you consent to that policy.

13) Termination

You may stop using Swift Resume at any time.

We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms, misuse the platform, or for legal reasons.

14) Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.

15) Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Material changes will be notified by email or displayed in the app.

Your continued use of Swift Resume after changes means you accept the updated terms.
